    What an amazing adventure! Unit 304 at Colony Surf was immaculately clean, recently remodeled, and the perfect spot to enjoy 30 days in paradise! My husband, five-year-old son, and I stayed here while working remote. The wifi is fantastic. Being on the third floor was perfect for us because our view consisted of the sand as well as the exquisitely clear blue ocean. Watching the outriggers and swimmers was a joy. The best part of staying here was the quick trip down to the wonderfully child-friendly beach to play in the sand and swim in the mild surf. The unit's ocean-facing window slides open entirely, giving the unit an open-air quality. The laundry room has a window that provides much needed air flow, with the added bonus of an incredible view of Diamond Head.

    The building's staff was polite and professional. Parking was assigned -- very easy.

    Please be aware that the main window in the unit is situated low without screens -- it is not childproof and requires constant attention with young ones. Also, there are mosquitoes that loved our son, which kept me up at night despite our different sprays and creative attempts to keep them out. Another thing to consider, (as of March 2018), there was construction taking place a couple doors away, as well as total renovation of the building's restaurant. We were not warned of this construction, and since we were working remote, it was a bit bothersome, but fortunately only really affected us for a couple of days.

    All in all, we would absolutely recommend this unit at Colony Surf! You can't find a better location!
