How do I book a room for my stay?

  1. From the Book a Room page, search for the dates you would like to stay in Hawaii.
  2. Check the availability of the room.
  3. Select the room you wish to book and go through the checkout process.
  4. A payment deposit of $1,500 is required upon checkout in order to book the room

What is the process upon my arrival?

  • After you arrive in Honolulu, visit the Sachi Hawaii office at Hawaiiki Tower (hotlink to map/address in footer). At that time we will require the full rental amount to be paid up front. Deposits are not included in the room price.
  • Our staff will give you a brief description of your room, rules of the building, and directions to the property.

How do I check out?

At your scheduled check out time, leave the keys in the room. You do not need to return them to Hawaiiki Tower.

Do I have to pay the full amount now?

  • When booking online, you will be charged the deposit amount of $1500.
  • Prior to check-in, we contact you in order to pay the remainder and settle your accommodation's full price.
  • In the case of reservations made within three (3) days of the check-in date, you will be required to pay both the deposit and remaining accommodation price.

Is there a reservation change or modification fee?

There is no fee for changing or modifying a reservation.

What is the cancellation fee?

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the check-in date will have no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the check-in date will be charged the full accommodation price.
